A Common Problem
Every company has its own unique systems for tracking projects, managing assets, and sharing information with freelancers and clients. Over time, these systems can become unruly, but when you're busy doing the work, it's hard to find time to implement faster and easier systems for your team.
While it's always an option to solve problems by assigning more people to send more emails and Slack messages, sit on more Zoom calls, and spend more time tweaking spreadsheets and PDFs, it's rarely the best solution.

Informed by a decade of directing and producing videos with 300MM+ total views for clients like Google, Samsung, and Broadway Video, and serving as the Creative Lead and Livestream Director for 25 of IBM's global sales education conferences, I know the common bottlenecks in video production.
