At the beginning of each conference, a Python script generated personalized HTML/CSS/JS dashboards for each moderator, with Slack webhook integration for instant, information-rich issue reports.
All reports are stored with timestamps in your production database, for editors during post-production

Any issues throughout the conference were quickly reported and resolved in an orderly fashion.
