Conference Data Transformer

Everchanging data from a conference with 100s of sessions and 1000s of speakers needed to be frequently sent to the client's custom event platform, from the production team's Airtable database.

The scale and scope of the project meant that full automation was the only realistic option. I oversaw the development of a conversion tool, which supported the exporting of one or multiple geographic sub-events from the same database, and handled complex speaker-session relationships.

Reduced data transformation time from hours to seconds, eliminating any errors.

Full-stack web application with real-time preview, validation, and export capabilities, hosted on Digital Ocean.

The event platform was frequently and painlessly updated.
